The Feedback tool in Kubo Surgical makes it easy to share suggestions, report issues, or provide general feedback directly to our support team. Your feedback is valuable, as it helps us continuously improve our software to better serve you.
How to Use the Feedback Tool
1. Locate the Feedback Button: On any screen within Kubo Surgical, you’ll find a blue “Feedback” button on the left side (as shown in the first image). Clicking this button opens the feedback form.
2. Provide Your Feedback: Once you click on the “Feedback” button, the Feedback tool will open (as shown in the second image). Patient information is blacked out to maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance. Please do NOT use patient names in your feedback to our support team.
3. Add Your Comments: Type your feedback, issue report, or suggestions in the text box provided. You can also upload attachments by dragging files into the attachment area or clicking “Browse” to select files from your device.
4. Submit Your Feedback: Click the “Submit” button to send your feedback directly to the Kubo Surgical support team.

Our support team reviews feedback promptly. You can expect a response via email within 48-72 hours.
