Managing your billing information in Kubo Surgical is simple and convenient. This guide will show you how to review receipts and update payment methods.
Step 1: Access the Billing Section
1. Log in to your Kubo Surgical account.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping on your initials in the upper right
3. Under Billing, click on View invoices or Update payment info.
Step 2: Review Your Receipts (Invoices)
1. In the Billing section, you’ll see an Invoice History table that lists all your past invoices.
2. To download an invoice:
• Locate the invoice you’d like to download and tap it.
• The invoice will appear on a new screen for downloading or printing
Step 3: Update Your Payment Methods
1. In the Payment Method area at the top of the screen, you’ll see the current payment method on file (e.g., a Mastercard ending in 1686 with its expiration date).
2. To update or add a new payment method:
• Click on + Add payment method.
• Enter your new payment information and save.
4. To delete or make a payment method the default:
• Click the three dots (…) next to the existing payment method.
• Choose Make Default to set it as the primary payment method or Delete to remove it.
