View PMS Connections and Check Connection Health

The PMS Connections page shows all PMS connections linked to Kubo and whether each one is syncing normally. Use it to spot issues like an Unhealthy status or appointments that haven’t synced in more than a day, and contact support if something looks off.

Updated over a month ago

The PMS Connections page gives you a quick overview of every PMS integration connected to Kubo—plus the most recent sync activity for key data like Patients, Appointments, Locations, and Providers.

Open PMS Connections

  1. Go to settings

  2. In the left sidebar, click PMSConnections.

Alternative way to open it

  • Click your avatar (top right) and select PMS Connections.

Review connection health

On the PMS Connections page, each connection card helps you confirm things are working as expected:

  • Status (for example, Healthy/Unhealthy)

  • Last synced/imported timestamps for:

    • Patients

    • Appointments

    • Locations

    • Providers

  • Any indicators that the connection is due to sync again (when available)

What “healthy” typically looks like

  • The connection does not show Unhealthy

  • Appointments are syncing recently (often within the last day, depending on your workflow)

⚠️ If you see Unhealthy on any connection, or if Appointments haven’t synced in more than 1 day, contact support so we can help diagnose the issue before it impacts your schedule.

Common issues to watch for

  • Appointments last synced more than 1 day ago

  • A connection shows Unhealthy

  • One connection is syncing while another is stale (common if you have multiple PMS connections)

Troubleshooting

  • I can’t find PMS Connections

    • Try the avatar menu (top right) → PMS Connections.

    • Or go to SettingsPMSConnections.

  • Something looks off but I’m not sure what it means

    • Don’t guess—incorrect changes can make troubleshooting harder. Contact support and include which connection card looks wrong (and what you’re seeing).

  • I don’t have access

    • You may not have permission (Admin/Super Admin may be required).
