Withdraw a shared letter

Withdraw a letter from Shares when you no longer want an outside provider to access it. You can withdraw a previously shared letter directly from the Outbox.

Use Withdraw Share when a letter was sent to an outside provider and you need to revoke that share.

Withdraw a letter

  1. Open Dashboard and go to Shares.

  2. Make sure Outbox is selected.

  3. Find the letter you want to withdraw.

  4. Click the three-dot (···) menu on the right side of the letter.

  5. Select Withdraw Share.

  6. Confirm the withdrawal if prompted.

⚠️ Withdrawing a share revokes access to that shared letter. Use this option when the recipient should no longer be able to access the share.
