You can customize the "From" email address used to send referral letters from your practice. This helps ensure your messages appear professional and land successfully in recipients’ inboxes.
Step 1: Add a Sender Email
Go to Settings > Email > Authorization.
Under Sender Emails, click Add Email.
In the Verify Your Email Address popup:
From name: Enter the name you want recipients to see.
Email address: Enter the email address you'd like to send letters from.
Click Save.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.
Step 2: Confirm the Email
Open your inbox and click the verification link in the email from Kubo.
Return to the Email Authorization screen.
Click Verify next to the email address to complete the setup.
Once verified, you'll see a green checkmark ✅ next to your sender email.
Step 3: Select the Email for Outbound Letters
Go to Settings > Email > Outbound.
Under Letter Emails, select the verified email address from the dropdown.
Click Save.
This email will now be used to send outbound referral letters to external offices.
Optional: Improve Deliverability with Domain Verification
To further improve email security and reduce the risk of messages going to spam:
Under Sender Domains in the Email Authorization section, click Add Domain.
Follow the instructions to update your DNS settings.
Use the View DNS Info button for detailed instructions.
Once DNS records are updated, click Verify next to your domain.
