Sometimes you may need to make a correction or add more detail to a note that has already been finalized. Kubo Surgical allows you to amend finalized notes easily from the Notes dashboard.
✅ Here's how:
Navigate to the Notes section from your dashboard.
Find the finalized note you’d like to amend.
Click the ⋯ menu (three dots) at the end of the row.
Select Amend Note from the dropdown.
This will open the note for editing. Once your changes are complete, you can re-finalize the amended version.
ℹ️ Note: Amending a note preserves the original version for compliance purposes. Your edits will be tracked as part of the note’s revision history.
