When creating a note in Kubo Surgical, you’ll see various dropdown lists with multiple Options. Kubo Surgical learns your preferences over time, automatically selecting the most frequently used Options for each procedure to streamline your workflow.
To make Kubo Surgical even more personalized and efficient, you can customize these Options. Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting up and managing custom Options in Kubo Surgical.
Accessing the Options
Options are available in the dropdown lists. To Access the Options Library for a given field, tap the Options button.
Adding a New Option
Tap the + Option button at the top of the Options list. Add the new Option name and save. The new option will now appear in the dropdown list.
Editing or Removing an Existing Option
To modify an existing option or remove it from the list, follow these steps:
• Tap the three dots (ellipses) next to the option you wish to edit.
• Select Edit if you want to change the name or details of the option.
• Select Archive if you want to remove the option from the dropdown list.
The customization of Options allows for a tailored Kubo Surgical experience, ensuring that you can document procedures efficiently.
