Snippets in Kubo Surgical allow users to quickly insert customized text into notes and letters, making documentation faster and more consistent. Follow these steps to create and use Snippets:
Snippets Tool
Free-text boxes throughout Kubo Surgical allow the user to type freely and document relevant content. To create or insert a Snippet, tap on the Insert Snippet option under the text box to open the Snippet library.
Adding Snippets
Step 1. Tap the '+' button to add new Snippets.
Step 2. Add a title for easy recall. Enter the content added to the note when this Snippet is selected. Tap Save when completed.
Step 3. Insert as many Snippets from the Snippet library as needed. When satisfied, tap on Insert.
Step 4. Text is now entered in the note.
Other Snippets Information:
• Filter by Provider: Use the filter dropdown to search for snippets created by specific providers, if necessary
• Snippets Order: When selecting multiple Snippets, the text will be inserted in the order you choose them.
