Accessing the Implant Summary Report
Navigate to the Implants tab in a patient’s chart.
In the top right corner of the implants table, click the Summary Report dropdown.
Choose to View, Download PDF, or Print PDF.
What’s Included in the Report?
The Implant Summary Report includes:
Implant site and tooth number
Company, brand, and size
REF and Lot #
Placement date and provider
Referral doctor
Attachment details
This structured format makes it easy to pass along to referring doctors or maintain detailed internal documentation.
